INTRODUCTION:
1.1 Covid-19: The novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, has been a worldwide pandemic and various state and local governments have made declarations and issued emergency orders and regulations concerning COVID-19. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus may spread from person-to-person contact, by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects, possibly in the air, or through other means. People can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease asymptomatically. As of the date of this Waiver, the exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and while there are available vaccines for COVID-19, COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life threatening illnesses, long-term health problems, and even death. Known symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to fever, chills, fatigue, dry cough, difficulty breathing, chest pressure, muscle or body aches, new loss taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.

Your participation in BRUNCH is totally optional. You understand and agree that your participation in BRUNCH involves risks to you and your family. You understand and agree that Women of Sacramento is making no representations about the safety of the event, or the safe outcome of any activities.

2. ADVISEMENT.
2.1 Covid-19. Women of Sacramento has taken extra precautions with its business operations to prevent the infection or transmission of COVID-19. Note: Women of Sacramento is not presently requiring attendees to receive the Covid-19 vaccine as a condition of participation in BRUNCH.

Despite efforts by Women of Sacramento it cannot prevent you and, by implication, your family, friends or others, from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 from attending BRUNCH. It is not possible to totally prevent against the presence or transmission of the virus. Therefore, if you choose to attend BRUNCH, you may be exposing yourself or your family, friends or others to COVID-19 and/or increasing your and their risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, which could lead to serious short-term and long-term health consequences, including death.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warnings concerning
COVID-19 and the other risks disclosed herein. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself, and if applicable, my family, friends or others in order to attend BRUNCH. This event is of such value to me and, if applicable, my family, friends or others, that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19, or being exposed to other risks, injuries, or other risks, in order to attend BRUNCH. I understand and agree that my participation in BRUNCH is optional, and I choose to participate in full knowledge of the foregoing risks described in this waiver.

All sales are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled due to COVID-19, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
